2. Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving written confirmation via email from the hotel. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Certain rate plans, promotions, or special offers may have additional conditions, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Velvet Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid reservations at its discretion.

3. Rates & Payment

All rates are quoted in EUR (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax), unless stated otherwise. The local tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid separately at check-out in accordance with local regulations.

Rates are based on selected travel dates, room or villa type, and number of guests.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and bank transfers for confirmed bookings. Depending on your chosen rate plan, partial or full prepayment may be required. All payments are processed securely, and receipts are available upon request.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee. A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in to verify your reservation and secure any incidental charges.

5. Cancellation & No-show Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. For most flexible rates, cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made after this period, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or the full prepaid amount for non-refundable rates.

Special offers, advance purchase, or promotional rates may have stricter cancellation or modification conditions, clearly stated during the booking process.

6. Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify reservations, such as changes to dates, room type, or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel. Any price difference arising from the modification will be communicated and must be approved by the guest prior to confirmation.

7. Children & Extra Guests

Children are welcome at Velvet Boutique Hotel. Infants under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds or a baby cot (available on request). Extra beds for older children or adults are available in select room categories and may incur a surcharge.
All additional guests must be declared at the time of booking or upon check-in.

8. Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities

We kindly ask all guests to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests at all times. Any disruptive behavior, intentional damage, or violation of hotel policies may result in charges or immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, public areas, and spa facilities. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Small pets are welcome in select rooms upon request, subject to prior approval and a cleaning fee. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

9. Liability

Velvet Boutique Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence. The use of hotel facilities, including pools and spa areas, is at your own risk.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
